Interest will accrue to your account from the date of purchase and be billed if the promotional balance is not paid, in full, within 6 months or you make a late payment on your account. If promotional balance is not paid, in full, within six months from the date it first appears on your billing statement, interest at 29.99% APR will be billed from the date of purchase. If minimum payments are not paid when due or the account goes sixty days past due, accrued interest will be billed to your account, promotion will terminate, and penalty account terms will apply. As of 01/01/11, new account standard (purchase) terms are 29.99% APR; Penalty APR: 29.99%.
