Candlelight has always been the language of intimacy. The Lovebirds Silver & Gold Candelabra speaks that language fluently, its slender form rising 17.5 inches in natural brass and nickelplate above a white marble base, two silver birds perched on a golden branch in full blossom, holding the flame aloft like an offering.
This is a piece that transforms a room simply by being in it. The warm glow of candlelight catches the interplay of gold and silver, the texture of white enamel, the cool solidity of marble beneath. The golden branch, evoking the Tree of Life, speaks of growth and the enduring nature of devotion. The white four-petaled blossoms suggest purity and grace. And the two birds, paired and still, are a quiet testament to the bonds that illuminate our lives.
As Michael Aram reflects: "The interplay of gold and silver suggests that, when united, they yield alloys which are stronger and more flexible than either metal on their own." A candelabra for the table, and for the evenings worth remembering.
An exceptional gift for weddings, anniversaries, holiday entertaining, or anyone who understands that the right light changes everything.
