Fill the Ruffoni Historia 1.5 quart copper saucepan with hot water and let your ingredients cook slowly in the porcelain insert to a velvety finish.
When you do not need a double boiler, simply lift out the porcelain insert and use it as an everyday copper saucepan. Hand-hammered from solid copper and lined with pure tin over an open flame, it has a riveted solid brass handle and a lid crowned with Ruffoni's signature acorns and leaves.
