Use the Ruffoni Historia 4-piece Fondue Michelle set for oil or broth fondues in the European style, a Chinese hot pot or Japanese shabu-shabu. The copper collar keeps splatters down, and the chromed burner lets you adjust the flame.
The hand-hammered, tin-lined copper pot also works as a regular saucepot on a gas stove and in the oven. The set includes a decorative iron stand and a gel fuel holder, and the Ruffoni porcelain fondue insert (sold separately) adds cheese and chocolate fondues.
