We’re here to help. No matter what the problem, we’ll take care of it. We want you to be happy with your purchase and make sure that you get the items in the best possible condition.

 

What are your Shipping Rates?

We offer free fully insured UPS shipping on all orders in the Cont. U.S. over $100 placed over the website, unless specifically stated otherwise.
International orders are charged actual shipping rates with no "processing fee" added.

 

What is your policy on my private information?

We believe in total privacy with any information you share with us. Everything from your email address to your purchase history is NEVER SHARED WITH ANY OTHER BUSINESSES OR ENTITIES. We don't want our information shared with others when we shop online so we don't share yours!

 

How do you keep prices so low?

From recycled shipping boxes and packaging to tight inventory control we do everything we can to insure that our prices are the lowest around.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Residents outside the state of Virginia will not be charged sales tax on purchases. Think about how much you can save! Orders from within Virginia are charged 5% sales tax.

 

Do you buy figurines?

Unfortunately we acquire new items only from the manufacturers that we offer. We regret that we do not buy items from individuals.

 

What is the value of my figurine?

We sell only new items and so we cannot provide appraisals for older goods. For Lladro figurines we recommend www.aretiredcollection.com. This is the largest database of retired Lladro information in the world.

 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. While we do ship outside the U.S. our on line system is not currently integrated with International Shipping Rates. We do accept international orders and will contact you within 1 business day with a shipping quote. If the international shipping rate is not acceptable orders may be cancelled with no penalty. Do you offer wedding registry services?

Yes. Our online wishlist acts a a wedding registry. It allows you to pick items, decide on how many are wanted, and share/email the lists to your guests.

Can you send me a Catalog?

Due to the ever increasing costs of printed material we no longer offer a catalog. However everything we carry is shown on our website.

 

How Do I Change an Order/Cancel an Order?

While we respond to emails as quickly as possible, it may take us longer during peak times to respond to each message. If you need to make a change to an order, please call our toll-free number at 800-362-0677. We will do our best to make the changes. Please note that submitted orders may be too far along in the fulfillment process to be canceled.

 

Is the Biggs Ltd. Site Secure?

Yes. We use a top tier Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate company, Comodo, that allows for data encryption on the website. This is just a fancy way of saying your data is safe when entering it during the checkout process of our website. In addition, your credit card information is never stored on our website so it cannot be accessed online.

 

Are All Items In Stock?

We carry a large inventory of items. In fact, there are more than 10,000 items on our website. We ship from both our warehouse as well as those of our manufacturers. Most items are in stock. If you place an order and it can not be delivered in a time frame that is acceptable we will be glad to cancel your order with no charge to you.
