Ruffoni Historia 3.5 Qt Copper Chef Pan 99348
Height 3.5 in
Diameter 9.5 in
Capacity 3.5 qt
The Ruffoni Historia 3.5 quart chef pan is a compact take on the classic chef's pan and an ideal first piece for a copper collection. Its wide base and gently flared sides make it a perfect risotto pan for up to four servings, and just as handy for sautéing vegetables or thickening sauces and soups.
Hand-hammered from solid copper and lined with pure tin applied over an open flame, it heats quickly and evenly and is naturally low-stick. The riveted solid brass handle is decorated with acorns and leaves, so the pan moves gracefully from stovetop to table. Add the matching Historia 9.5" Acorn Lid to hold in steam on long simmers.
