The Ruffoni Opus Cupra Ultimate Lovebirds Pan is a 5 quart braiser and chef's pan in one, hand-hammered from solid copper in Italy and lined with stainless steel. Sear and brown on the stovetop, simmer and stir, then move it into the oven to braise, reduce or gratin. The included copper-clad lid holds in moisture to tenderize tougher cuts, and the pan goes straight from the oven to the table for a beautiful presentation.

Cleaning Hand wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent, then dry immediately
Copper develops a rich patina with use. To restore a polished shine, use a copper cleaner or salt with lemon juice or vinegar. Polish the silver-plated finial with a silver-polishing cloth.
