A twist on a classic: the Ruffoni Opus Prima 12 inch serving frying pan swaps the long handle for two decorated side handles, made for oven-to-table dining and entertaining. Sauté greens or sear proteins, cover it to steam and simmer over low heat, or move it to the oven to roast meats and bake gratins and pasta.
Tri-ply clad stainless steel with a thick aluminum alloy core heats quickly and evenly so food will not burn or overcook. The interior is easy-clean stainless steel, the induction-ready exterior is hammered by Ruffoni's artisans, and the lid is crowned with a fennel, carrot and bean finial.
