This porcelain creation draws inspiration from the feminine iconography of Ancient Egypt and translates it into a decorative language rich in nuance and detail. The attitude, the movement of the dress, and the symbolic presence of each ornament recall the visual universe of the great Egyptian queens.
The piece stands out for the richness of its decoration and for the delicate engraved work featured in the headdress, bracelets, belt, and ornamental bands of the garment. Inspired by ancient symbols of protection and power associated with Egyptian royalty, the headdress incorporates the sacred serpent, an emblem of authority, protection, and divine connection in Ancient Egypt.
Papyrus flowers are engraved on the belt, a plant deeply connected to Egyptian culture and a symbol of life and renewal. The decoration culminates in a central scarab-shaped brooch finished in black luster, a motif associated since ancient times with transformation
and rebirth.
Its creation requires 18 molds, from which the different fragments composing the sculpture are produced. The decoration combines copper and gold lusters with eleven metallic colors, creating warm reflections across the matte, velvety finishes. The result is a creation where history, symbolism, and contemporary craftsmanship come together in a modern interpretation of Egyptian imagery.
